• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund, as preparations and reservations will have already been initiated.

• Custom orders or services involving special designs may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.

4. Rental Terms (if applicable)

If you rent decorative items or backdrops:

• Rented items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• You are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

• A security deposit may be required and is refundable upon return and inspection.
