Return & Refund Policy

At Fashion Flowers Wall, we are committed to providing high-quality rental décor and event services. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, the following return and refund policies apply:

1. General Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled event or rental date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date.

• All orders created with a custom or personalized design are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun or materials have been sourced.

• This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom flower walls

  • Personalized signage or text

  • Branded elements

  • Special color/theme requests not part of our standard inventory

2. Damaged or Missing Items

If any item arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or setup.

• We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit, depending on the issue and availability.

• Supporting photos may be required for verification.

3. Condition of Returned Rental Items

• All rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

• You are responsible for any:

  • Loss

  • Irreparable damage (e.g. stains, burns, breakage)

• Damage or replacement fees will apply and may be deducted from any deposit or invoiced separately.

4. No-Show or Refused Delivery

• If we are unable to deliver or set up due to venue inaccessibility, incorrect address, or lack of authorized contact on-site, no refund will be issued.

• Redelivery or rescheduling may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

• Custom-designed products or decorations

• Personalized signage or monograms

• Fresh floral arrangements

• Labor or service fees
