At Fashion Flowers Wall, we are committed to providing high-quality rental décor and event services. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, the following return and refund policies apply:
1. General Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled event or rental date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date.

All orders created with a custom or personalized design are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun or materials have been sourced.

This includes but is not limited to:

Custom flower walls
-
Personalized signage or text
-
Branded elements
-
Special color/theme requests not part of our standard inventory

2. Damaged or Missing Items
If any item arrives damaged or incomplete:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or setup.

We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit, depending on the issue and availability.

Supporting photos may be required for verification.
3. Condition of Returned Rental Items

All rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

You are responsible for any:

Loss

Irreparable damage (e.g. stains, burns, breakage)

Damage or replacement fees will apply and may be deducted from any deposit or invoiced separately.
4. No-Show or Refused Delivery

If we are unable to deliver or set up due to venue inaccessibility, incorrect address, or lack of authorized contact on-site, no refund will be issued.

Redelivery or rescheduling may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Custom-designed products or decorations

Personalized signage or monograms

Fresh floral arrangements

Labor or service fees
